Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return eligibility window

You may apply return within 15 calendar days from the day you receive the parcel. Products must stay unused, with original full packaging, accessories intact.

2. Qualified return scenarios

  • Received wrong / damaged items caused by our shipping mistake
  • Product has factory defect under normal usage
  • You receive goods that severely mismatch listed product description

3. Non-return situations

  • Artificial scratch, burn, improper installation damage
  • Product without original complete packaging
  • Consumables that have been installed / used for a long time

4. Refund workflow

  1. Submit return request via Contact Us, provide order number, product photos of issue
  2. Our team will review request within 2 working days, send return shipping address if approved
  3. Send back item with tracked shipping; after warehouse inspection, we will issue full/partial refund to original payment account within 3–5 working days
  • If return is caused by our error, we compensate return freight; buyer bears return freight if you change mind for personal preference.
